Jessi Rae
She is a yoga enthusiast and bodywork lover. Jessi Rae first came to yoga in 2003 as a young adult looking for relief from imbalances in her body from battling scoliosis and wear and tear on her body from dance and movement. She has since really dove into the art and culture of yoga and spreads teaching all over the world. As a bodywork she began over 12 years ago specializing in deep tissue muscle work, after a few years in such a physically demanding specialty she began to switch her focus to Thai Bodywork. This practice has since changed her health and the health of her clients, she says there truly nothing as effective as Thai Bodywork in relieving and clearing pain from the body. She now leads Thai Trainings in hopes to spread this amazing practice and help more and more people to concur their pain. |
